Big Fish NW Talent represents talent for ‘commercial’ acting projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. This includes: commercials, training films, feature films, television, Internet, a variety of commercial print projects and more. We see bookings for all ages. The average number of bookings for children is considerably less than adults; and, the opportunities for children under the age of 7 is less still. That said, we do get calls for children all ages; and, must have prepared choices for when those producers call.
We here in the PNW have some great acting opportunities and Big Fish NW Talent is a great source for gaining invaluable experience. We have wonderful coaches in our zone who offer a variety of on-going classes and weekend workshops for actors of every skill level.
We do not, however, have access to some larger retail or other child-directed advertising opportunities (unless they are casting here in our region). Those projects are likely searching in cities such as NY, LA, Chicago and Miami or perhaps in cities like Cincinnati, where large advertisers like Procter & Gamble are located. Anyone wishing to tap into such work needs to be in/near/able to easily travel to such cities and find representation with an agent, within/near those cities.
